The first foal of 2016 was born on 3rd May to Premiere (Pascal x World Classic). Lester is a dark bay colt by the Furst Heinrich x Donnerhall stallion Furstenball and he is everything we could have hoped for.

Furstenball is the sire of young stallions such as Follow Me and Fursten Look, and combines the blood of Furst Heinrich (sire of World Champion Woodlander Farouche) with that of Donnerhall. His dam, Maradonna comes from a very successful dam line of state premium mares and also produced a licensed stallion by Dimaggio.

Premiere is an athletic British Hanoverian mare by the Pik Bube son Pascal. Her dam sire is World Classic, a three-quarter brother to the famous chestnut stallion Weltmeyer.

With a bold and inquisitive temperament, Lester is a confident young man with uphill and elastic paces. He has a particularly ground covering walk and impressive canter. The influence of Thoroughbred blood in his dam's pedigree is clear to see in his effortless gallop.

We were over the moon when Lester found a new home with Gillian and Ben, and his two miniature friends Jack and Daniel. In 2017, Lester received a First Premium in the BEF Futurity, delighting both owners and breeders alike.
