Rufus is a bold and friendly colt with temperament and talent to burn.

Woodlander Wild Child is descended from a line of champions, being out of double World Champion Farouche (herself out of the champion mare Dornroeschen) and by Woodlander Wavavoom, so it is no surprise that he began his winning career as just as a foal and is now proving to be an successful stallion.

Elite Petrushka’s first foal Briarwood Wild Beauty (by Woodlander Wavavoom) was Novice Regional Champion in 2018 and competed in the Area Festivals at Elementary and Medium before coming back to Briarwood Stud in January 2021. Her half-brother, by Rotspon, Briarwood Revolution, was licensed with Breeders Elite in 2021 and had his first crop of foals in 2022.

Rufus has inherited the best of both of his parents and we can't wait to watch his journey with his owner Gemma.
