Briarwood Saturday Night Fever
Betty is a stunning package; she has excellent conformation, fantastic uphill expressive paces and a lovely character. She is a bold eye-catching mare who is sure to excel in the dressage arena.
Showmaker, ridden and produced by Garry Williams, was the winner of his stallion grading in 2005. In his early career he won young horses classes as a 4 and 5 year old, including the National and International 5 year old championships at Hickstead and the Pavo Potential International Dressage Horse class at the National Championships in 2006. He is now siring the next generation of young horse competitors.
Betty’s dam Davina is by the 2012 Hanoverian stallion of the year Don Frederico. He has sired 25 licensed Hanoverian stallions, as well as offspring competing at Grand Prix and in the Bundeschampionate
Davina is out of Elite Liberty, who twice won the champion mare title at the British Hanoverian Horse Society Annual Show. She produced the stunning stallion Donnatello, and an array of broodmares now being used to improve warmblood lines throughout the UK and France. Liberty's sire Lauries Crusador is thought of by many to be one of the most important thoroughbreds responsible for a new athletic line of Hanoverian horses.

Betty found a loving new home with Sue in 2018.
