Flora is the third filly for our lovely Floris, and we couldn’t have wished for more. She is elegant and tall, with excellent limbs and the most wonderful friendly temperament.

Rotspon, her sire, was Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 2017 and is himself the sire of more than 25 licensed stallions including Woodlander Rockstar and Royal Blend. His son Rosevelt was a member of the bronze medal winning dressage squad at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

Flora combines the blood of four top 50 WBFSH ranking sires (2017); Rotspon (31), Sandro Hit (2), Florencio (28), and Donnerhall (27). This gives her excellent bloodlines, with proven sires throughout her dressage pedigree.

Rotspon also brings Argentan and Pik Bube into Flora’s pedigree, which adds some dual purpose lines too. We believe that jumping blood can help to enhance the paces, especially the canter.

Flora is an absolute joy to deal with in all ways. She is very well handled and is incredibly friendly and keen to spend time with people.

As soon as Flora met Tess, our friend and neighbour, we knew she had met her person. Every 'first' that Flora has experienced has been with Tess by her side and we can't wait to watch that journey continue.
